A fix has been implemented and we are currently monitoring this issue closely.
Skuld seems to be stable with the incremental fixes that have been applied
Skuld seem's to be perfectly stable
Cause: Experience Service Problem: Crashing on trying to send the message to the channel that was set as the level up notification channel.
Mitigation: Add a null reference check
