A fix has been implemented and we are currently monitoring this issue closely.
Skuld seems to be stable with the incremental fixes that have been applied

Cause: Experience Service
Problem: Crashing on trying to send the message to the channel that was set as the level up notification channel.
Mitigation: Add a null reference check
